Pros

Great Benefits, competitive pay, room for advancement.

Cons

Staffing shortages with a high rate of turnover for lower level employees requiring a lot of agency workers who are do not care about the company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire extra employees for call or part-time to keep agency out and morale up among Providence employees. It is difficult to take advantage of PTO if there is no coverage. Caregiver burnout could be prevented if ongterm staff was allowed to take their PTO

    Pros

The organization tries to maintain focus on their mission and vision. In order to do that there are a lot of changes going on throughout the organization to decrease cost savings. Most changes are handled with compassion and care. Leadership cares about their staff and the people of Providence.

    Cons

There are many changes which makes it the work environment a bit stressful, but nothing unmanageable. There is no bottoms up management performance review from employees for their leadership.
