    Decent place, but watch out for who you talk to

    I worked at Providence Health & Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros: Faith-based organization, immediate supervisor was awesome and very supportive, lots… Cons: They do not give you full credit for previous experience and pay raises for non-union employees are non-existent. Very political environment, hasty… Advice to Senior Management: Provide more transparency regarding leadership, be able to differentiate between petty gossip and… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
