Pros

tries to follow mission. Tries to follow diversity standars.

The culture is that they need more diversity classes. The pay is not good as they are tending more to the Providence Park.

Advice to Management

need to apply for more classes.

    Pros

Great opportunity/ flexibility to transition into other roles and divisions within the enterprise. Outstanding Line - Mid-level leadership invested in their employees. Strong heritage and brand recognition on the west coast/NW.

    Cons

Static compensation. Annual reviews with limited annual raises regardless of performance is starting to chip away at morale; talent is starting to look other directions. Centralized governance, and lack of flexibility/agility to respond to immediate market trends...

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees, your going to start losing performers.. Evaluate compensation (at least keep up with cost of living). There is a lot of change fatigue, and your resilient workforce is eager to stabilize.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There are great hardworking employees who are trying to do the best they can with little support
Pay and benefits are Ok, but could be more competitive

    Cons

Constant reorganizations are making current employees nervous about their jobs and thus making people nervous to offer be innovative or creative for fear of doing the wrong thing and getting "laid off". There is no support or professional development offered by senior or mid-level management. The dollar is the bottom line, not the patient anymore. Huge disconnect between regional and local administration and the community it is there to serve.

    Advice to Management

Better communication and respect for employees and patients is a necessary place to start in your long battle to become what you once were.
