Not a place anyone wants to work at for very long!

Resident Aide (Current Employee)
Pittsburgh, PA

ProsFairly easy to get a job at whether you have any training or not in this field, especially in the Personal Care/Independent Living department.

ConsThe turnover rate of employees is extremely high. In its first year of operations, over 500 people quit or were fired. Also they have had 5 different Directors in the Personal Care section in 3 years. Depending on who you are, you may or may not have to follows rules. Often it is untrained Nursing Aides making decisions about how residence are handled.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
