Pros

The pay and the perks were relatively good. Great social environment thanks to social outings with other employees and frequent events.

Cons

There is practically no respect from the top executives to mid level management. They were set on their own ways and weren't lenient.

Advice to Senior Management

You have to respect your employees. You can't also expect them to do something that is totally out of their department, which happened frequently.
