Pros

A company that has served the island of Puerto Rico for many many years, it brigs so many services together like Wireless, broadband, Wireline and cable TV.

Cons

The upper management treat managers like dirt. They pay is not in accordance to all the responsabilities we have and will keep on getting. They practically erradicated the commisions of sales with ridiculous objetives that do not go in accordance to the islands reality.

Advice to Senior Management

Respect and the ones that are primary forces of income of the company. Slavery ended eons ago. The way you are trying to achieve things are gonna drive the company to the floor.
