Prudential – “Good Opportunity”

Pros

Good Income and helping people, working with mutual funds and insurance. I learned alot while I was going out on the field and meeting with clients. Understanding their needs and goals and giving them a direction on what they need to do to get them to their goals. I made great income by helping people reach their dreams. Prudential has a good name and it really helped when speaking with clients. The took me seriously vs. a smaller firm.

Cons

sometimes there are long hours. And meetings but I understand that this is part of the position. I didnt like it at first but I got use to it. I didnt see the results I wanted in my first year but did see some during my 2nd year
