Good Company, Opportunity for growth

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Moosic, PA

ProsPrudential has plenty of opportunites for growth and to gain new skills. Employees are respectful, friendly and knowlegeable. The company has a great reputation in the area. Work-from-home opportunities and flex time are always available.

ConsPeople outside of the company believe if you work at Prudential, you are making more money than you actually are. Training in some departments is almost non-existent. This is in part because of understaffing. Entire departments have been eliminated, in one day, throughout my years with the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
