Pros

Licensing is paid for.New hire non-repayable draw, for the first several weeks, good online training modules. Support staff and corporate staff is very helpful and welcoming. A wealth of online product training

Cons

Poor skills training, mentoring, shadowing, product application training. Little to no performance review. Canned innefective salles training, very generic, not industry, company or product specific. Too many meetings and rah-rah sessions to allow time for prospecting, client meetings and product placement.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide/require job shadowing, during licencing phase.
