I have been working at Prudential

Pros

The wages are average to above average for NEPA and the benefits are pretty good, especially their paid time off (avg 20 days off plus holidays).

Cons

There could be nepotism. If you know someone higher up you have better chances to advance, but it is not absolutely necessary. You might have to kiss butt.

    Pros

One positive is that it is a growing company

    Cons

    There are less job opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The communication factor is important and was not effective during my time there. It is important to have effective communication between upper management and lower management so the message can be told to the employees correctly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to look beyond numbers at the real person, you will go further as productivity doesn't always create quality work
