lots of training sessions. we could also propose, or plan with our managers as per need.
b) Office environment and people practices
very casual. open door. approachable.
c) Onsite
depends on which team you join actually. but i can assume couple of trips if you work well, and stay for a while.
d) Annual pay hike range and bonus payout
very structured. they do what they promise. you'll pretty much know what you'll get.
e) Career path relevance
no idea about your background. can't say much.
Inappropriate?
By career path relevance, I was meaning to ask how "much" actual analytics is done at PPMS, Mumbai. I dont want to be promised analytics again and then end up doing obscure pivot tables and vlookups for analytics! I am looking forward to learning and implementing clustering, segmentation, forecasting, modelling, basically statistical techniques in my day to day work life.
I will be joining the "Data Analytics" team within "Knowledge Services" and I am keeping onsite opportunity as a distinguishing factor as I have an almost similar offer from some other company.
Thank you so much!
