I have been working at PruittHealth full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I worked with some caring RNs and CNAs

    Cons

Worked with some horrible management! Turn over is ridiculous !! They would rather hire incompetent people in management and supervisory positions! The pay is HORRIBLE. They are so number driven that they forget about employee and family care! The training for positions seem to set anyone up for failure. I have seen someone in a position for 2 weeks train another person ?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes take a look at the "lower wo/men on the totem pole",like the secretaries and admin asst, and you may find better advice then the ones your paying the high dollar to.Remember they are the MAIN backbone to the offices and know/see A LOT that goes on! Stop focusing on the $NUMBERS$ and start focusing on the CARE! I have seen so many people drove away, employees and families, all because nobody could get what they deserved.

    Pros

The staff in the field care about the patients.

    Cons

Upper Management is out of touch. Reducing staffing levels is not the way to make money. Providing excellent patient care and holding the marketing staff accountable is how this company could be successful. Marketers are paid ridiculous bonuses for doing nothing. Nepotism is out of control, but is the best way to get ahead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management needs to listen to the staff. Stop with the nepotism, and get middle management that understands how to provide excellent patient care.
