    I have been working at PsPrint full-time

    Pros

    The staff is excellent and fun to work with; good entry-level experience

    Cons

    PsPrint was recently acquired by Deluxe Corp. which has implemented a lot of change within the company. The result is a push to expand quickly, however its rather sloppy and little is being done internally to support such growth. This puts a real strain on the staff.

    The site is a mess and frequently is down, resulting in upset customers and stressed out customer service. There has been high turnover in the past year or so, so they are constantly trying to catch up with having enough support for the call center.

    New features are launched without fully beta-testing and are very buggy. Again, more stress for CS.

    You might be able to receive a slight promotion, but once you're a CS supervisor, that is pretty much as far as you're going to go within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more open and direct with your staff. Regular meetings to discuss operations and to allow reps to offer suggestions for improvement would boost morale.

    I worked at PsPrint full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Friendly people, good entry level experience, good bonuses

    Cons

    Since company has been acquired by Deluxe, business has continued to significantly increase, but without an increase in workforce to accommodate. Responsibilities have also increased without increases in wages. Products and software are not properly tested before being launched putting stress on Customer Service, Prepress and Production to make up for bugs and issues. Company has become mindlessly number-driven without paying attention to the concerns of its workers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more receptive to your employees concerns. Their perspective is valuable and important when determining the direction of the company as well as possible solutions to problems that can indirectly affect numbers. Furthermore, the welfare of your employees has a direct effect on their productivity and retention.
