I worked at Public Broadcasting Atlanta

Pros

Good opportunity, easy to work, respectful management, freedom, flexibility, daily tasks to do, not much admin work, listens to your ideas

Cons

mundane, boring environment, sketchy office, old computers, old building, some killing time, small department, not a systematic program, work too much by yourself

Advice to ManagementAdvice

maybe offer more systemized inernship programs to appeal to more qualified and talented young college students. this will attract more talent and generate more interest
