Consmundane, boring environment, sketchy office, old computers, old building, some killing time, small department, not a systematic program, work too much by yourself

Advice to Senior Managementmaybe offer more systemized inernship programs to appeal to more qualified and talented young college students. this will attract more talent and generate more interest
