    Pros

Free coffee? Really, nothing. It in a great location, but you never get out. The presure and anger inside ruins any upside, if there was one.

    Cons

Worst top management ever. Outgoing CIO cut the budget to the point of causing regular service issues. Did not develop any kind of DR policy. IT under staffed and pay below market. New guy IT manager is just scary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None. You treat support staff so poorly and for so long.

    Pros

The structured PCG Education program is very helpful for people who have just graduated college. It allows for new hires to learn now things and hit the ground running. PCG works with you to build the skills that are necessary for your job.

    Cons

Depending on which practice area you are in, there aren't always lots of young people which is something that many people look for in a work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest that PCG diversify their recruiting efforts to include a wider range of college campuses in order to find the best candidates for the job.
