    Pros

Decent yearly bonus. Good location where you can use public transportaion In-house coffee, close to StarBucks and DD

    Cons

Long weekend work and late nights. The standard week is 60 hours. High burnout. Clueless management. No training whatsoever Rude and unprofessional management Super high level of stress. Unhealthy atmosphere where they throw you in water with sharks. Almost every day is an outage No rewards They expect you to give them 150 % daily No life/work balance. Forget about your life and family, work becomes your life style. Welcome to ITS...

    Pros

Nice location and good yearly bonus. Coffee on two floors.

    Cons

No time to drink coffee- always some work to do, regular hours go from 8am - 8 pm, plus weekends. No training. Upper management has no clue what is happening insight of the company. They squeeze all your juice and want you to get burned out quickly. The new IT management person is a joke who will bring the whole infrastructure down pretty soon.

    Advice to Management

Advice to CEO: pay attention what is happening unless you don't mind loosing money.
