Compensation is pretty good. Great Place to make lasting relationships. Health care benefits are great, very generous bonuses.

    Pros

Travel to local places and stay in hotels

    Cons

No work-life balance for junior staff. Little development of skills, and work-life balance does not improve until the senior consultant level. The initial salary is 38,000 as of 2012, and a promotion brings you to 42,000 (with a 10% bonus as your annual bonus). Otherwise you're looking at a 4-5% annual bonus as the office average has to be 5% (min of 0, max of 10).
