Don't Waste Your Time

ProsYour able to work alone, and DM would work with time paid off

Consyou will never advance past being a Property Manager which is no different from a relief manger. Your harassed by upper management to remember stupid scrpits word for word.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet into the stores and know what its really like. improve your benefits and stop giving out 10 cent raises to your long term employees.
