Decent place to get your foot in the door for this industry but don't stay too long...

ProsGood experience to deal with irate customers, collections and the general knowledge of the storage industry.

ConsMicro-managing, giant corporate pressure, don't care much about their customers or the property managers

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your property managers with more respect and care. THEY are the ones running your business and attempting to keep your customers happy! STOP MICRO-MANAGING!!!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
