Disappointing Big-Corporate Profits Mindset

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsStable company, financially profitable, good benefits, accrued time off.

ConsExtremely low 11$/hr pay for extensive duties expected, no time to use time off, flavor of the month type management with constantly changing expectations, extremely micromanaged and dictated on all levels. No real feedback or compromise allowed from employees. 40% employee turnover ratio for company. No room to grow within company if successful.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to feedback and performance improvement ideas from the ground level workers. Maintain positive environment that encourages and rewards success monetarily. Don't demand unrealistic sales goals. Shareholders' wishes should be balanced with employee needs and reality.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
