Public Storage – “Great pay, no life”

Pros

pay is decent, hours can be very flexible, if you don't have a senior dm then you can run your district as you see fit

Cons

no time off, never a day off, you can't even get away when you're on vacation, no auto allowance or reimbursement, no company provided cell phone, none of the normal allowances most companies offer for using your own equipment, zero ability to reward PMs who deserve it, forced to turn in shitty evaluations for employees who break their necks, never enough money in the budget to pay the bills

Advice to Senior Management

put some of the money WE ARE BANKING back into the business. let us fix what's broken AND pay the bills (yes, we do hold bills no matter what one will say), give more than a seven cent pay raise to the single mother of two who has never taken a sick day!
