Pros

- Plenty of work coming in
- A new challenge every day
- I cant think of any other pros

Cons

- Senior level management are so disconnected, and provide no vision for the company; absoluetly no idea how to run a company
- Some are just dam right rude and childish
- All talk no action
- Worst place ive ever worked

Advice to Senior Management

Give up, go home. It won't be long until you hit the ice berg, but its a shame you'll take the rest of us with you.
