I worked at Publicis full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Publicis offers a good mix of compensation and benefits, and is a pretty comfortable place to work. I specifically worked for Zenith Optimedia, and found that the company had a pretty decent place in the media buying industry and some impressive corporate clients including Chase, Verizon, and Toyota.

    Cons

The initial training they offered was non-existant; I literally just sat around for almost the first 3 months I worked there and was given almost no assignments or training, and then when the management of my team changed (which I found about when it happened) they expected me to know how to do things that I didn't know how to because I hadn't really worked yet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would advise management to avoid the situation listed above, but also to in general put in a better system of feedback for and development of new hires.
