Publicis – “Not a good place to start your career”

Pros

The management makes an effort to listen to the employees, and the company is really making a concious effort to transform the workplace into a more vibrant environment.

Cons

Very low pay, extremely long hours, and the chances for career advancement seems limited. Performance review sessions keep getting delayed. After the review, the management seems to have little power (or is not willing to do much) to make changes.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide more training and career development opportunities for the junior employees.
