Pros

The place is fun to work that it has a decent magazine library, kitchen with coffee machine, resting area and lunch area. The location is convenient. Co-workers are friendly and we go out for lunch together all the time.

Cons

There're stress, of course, that we have deadline to meet and most people tend to stay very late for work.

Advice to Senior Management

It will be easier for me to work with the team if there's any clear work schedule or project progresses that's easy for the team to access.
