    I worked at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    CSR opportunities allow you flexibility in your hours and access to a full benefit package. if you are competent and a responsible person, you can max out your earning potential (mid $40's) in 30 hrs per week.

    Cons

    The pay is low (max total income mid $40's), lots of "busy" work, some managers take this job way too seriously

    some real motivating money would be nice

    Flexible hours, leadership is great, training available for any who need it, you are made to feel like you matter

    Cons

    Can not get promoted to a sales job under any circumstances from CSR, HR takes a while to answer any questions you might have
