Publix – “Probably just the store I'm at”

The store I'm at has good people to work with very down to earth stock crew and management all requested days off were given

Cons

No training what so ever for people who have advanced. Management is not that great at all. Spend lots of time fixing mistakes. Raises come in small amounts

Advice to Senior Management

Rethink it all start teaching people how to do there job don't just stand back and watch so many mistakes happen and consistency is the key stop changing things every 5 mins get everyone on the same page
