    Pros

People are great, creative and smart. They truly have the customers' best interests at heart and as a group can and do move the world when there are impacts to the customer.

    Cons

Fundamental processes are broken across the organization; lots of resistance to change and implementation of new technologies (we've always done it this way, why change now), a lot of cronisim

  2. PSE has been a great place to work, and they do care about employees

    Pros

The biggest pro is probably stability. The company has been around for a long time, and how many other places still offer pensions?

    Cons

It can be difficult to move up or find support for trying new things. Stagnation happens.

    Advice to Management

Focus on employee development and help long term employees realize their career goals in order to retain quality staff
