Pulte Homes – “great job when the times were good!”

Pros

in the good years you could make some serious money as a sales associate. The major portion of your income, was tired to potential commissions, as it should be. the benefits were amazing at Pulte Homes, Dental, vision, health, disability insurance, etc.

Cons

Work always came first, no questions asked, if you had personal issues beyond work...tough. You would be required to work most weekends, which makes sense. You would have to plan out your weekends-off, about three months in advance.
