Extremely political in IS. IS management is useless and has SA/BA promoted to director positions just because they are good at kissing ass. They have then promoted their "yes-people" to senior positions and has a result IS has lost several very competent people. If you want to learn what not to do when it comes to leading IS teams and projects, spend a year here.

Advice to Senior Management

Non-IS management seems to be good but IS sucks. Richard Dugas and his staff needs to take a hard look at IS. Pulte had some of the best IS talents in the IS industry but has now lost it and you are left with worthless people making big bucks. Fire senior management all the way down to the directors and hire competent people.
