Pros

Lots of money to be made in sales during the good times. Pulte does offer plenty of chances to bond with your coworkers.

Cons

Sexual harassment abounds; the company is run by many rednecks who lack college degrees, but have no problems belittling those that have them. Several managers utter racist remarks with abandon and many leaders, especially those in HR, have advanced for no reaon other than "right place, right time."

Advice to Senior Management

Quit patting yourselves in the back when times are good and blaming the market when times are bad.
