I have been working at Pulte Homes
Pros – Largest builder. Good land. Decent opportunity to make money
Cons – Everyone is overworked and unappreciated. Too many to name
Advice to Senior Management – Look in the mirror and quit being full of yourself. You are extemely arrogant and untrustworthy
