Everyone is overworked and unappreciated. Too many to name

Look in the mirror and quit being full of yourself. You are extemely arrogant and untrustworthy

    Pros

    Great work environment and great employees- very open and friendly like a big family.

    Cons

    Salary raises and promotions are slim to none.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The only way to advance is to relocate to another branch office, so basically Las Vegas was a dead end job.

    Pros

    -Friendly work environment
    -Good group of people
    -One of the more stable builders (if that is possible at the moment)
    -Good benefits/perks

    Cons

    -horrible construction market
    -no job security
    -constant corporate changes
    -lack of vision for the companies future
    -too many people competing for too few positions or advancement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow employees to grow profesionally. Take advantage of the young talent you have recruited. Emphasize quality as it is the best way to diferentiate the company from competitors.
