Good company, needs maturing.

ProsGood people, young and energetic.
Desire to be the best.
Small and intimate setting.
Creative, design centric thinkers.
Healthy work/life balance.
Central downtown location.
Talented people / owners.

ConsManagement secrecy.
Lack of employee career growth assistance.
Possibly too many eggs in too few clients.
Lack of design diversity.

Advice to Senior ManagementShake it up.
Hire more diverse people with more varied backgrounds.
Give more employees a chance to make mistakes.
Don't be afraid to be transparent, your employees are adults.
