Advice to Senior ManagementStick up more for your employees and don't let the customer/client get away with whatever they want. That's how these companies go belly up and people on both sides lose their jobs

    If you're worked at a real agency, avoid this place at all costs

    Pros: Easy reverse commute away from traffic and close to BART, beautiful open… Cons: Terrible culture that fires even long-term, dedicated people for making one mistake on a weekly circular in order to… Advice to Senior Management: PureRed should really be called Pure Production.     Production house with poor management. Be wary.
