Pros

The job is really easy and the pay is decent. There are ample opportunities to make money. The customer care department really cares for the customers needs.

Cons

The people in this office have the worst attitudes ever. They obviously hate their jobs and feel the need to be nasty about it. Never have I come across so many fake and miserable ppl in one building. They also prey on ppl who REALLY need the money and once you get hired they basically guilt you into working much more than you intended. The people who have worked their way up in the company are EXTREMELY smug. This company requires the work and dedication that one would give a company on Wall Street except a company on Wall Street would have employees who went to college. They used to pick on me because I was the only employee in training who didn't need the money.

Advice to Senior Management

Half of your hiring and training crew needs to be fired. That's the only way to retain employees. I understand that you want your company to grow but don't act like it's a Fortune 500 company when it's not.
