Pros

What I like about working at PurpleClick is that your colleagues are generally your age which means there's many things in common. Also, you are exposed to a wide arrays of companies to deal with from SMEs to MNCs.

Cons

The work culture is an uphill battle. The lines of work-life balance are blurred to the extent you begin questioning the real reason you are there. Is it to learn or is it because of the "long-term" benefits you are promised? Also, the pay tends to be on the shabbier side.

Advice to Senior Management

Advocating what Google preaches: Don't Be Evil. Invest in talent and you'd get quality people. We have lost many quality people because of poor work culture presented in the company. Politics is something that should not be evident in such a small company.
