A good place to work right out of college

Client Service Specialist (Former Employee)
Franklin, MA

I worked at Putnam Investments

ProsGreat training when hired and ongoing
Smart and respectful coworkers
Above average benefits
Management in some departments
Good amount of feedback provided

ConsBelow average pay
Management in some departments
Many changes that were not explained well to employees
Some people only care about them

Advice to Senior ManagementRemember that the entry level employees are the ones talking to most of your clients. No pay raises, no bonuses, longer work week, taking away benefits, and closing an office is not a way to show employees that the company is a good solid long term career.
