    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    - Opportunities for career advancement - Emphasis on ethics - Collaborative environment - Takes care of its people from a work/life perspective

    Cons

    - Very large organization and feels like one - Many fiefdoms (typical for the industry) - Medical benefit not so great - Limited variable compensation opportunity (unlike other pure strategy consulting firms)

    Advice to Management

    - Make the review process more transparent so people know what they really need to do to excel, despite the facade of transparency, the review process is still a black box - Give more opportunity to your leaders to progress faster, and ensure you retain them... a large firm mentality can stifle growth and frustrate your star players - Provide incentive to partners to collaborate as opposed to focusing on their individual metrics; a shared incentive structure that allows partners to focus on their strengths (content/business development/selling etc) works for the common good; operate as a true partnership of people with varied skills as opposed to many fiefdoms working towards their myopic objectives
