    Challenging environment, flexible, opportunities to grow.

    Cons

    A consultant does not know where he/she will be next month, or for how long, so it's tough to handle this plus a family.

    When I was hire I felt like it was a collegiate atmosphere which was great coming out of college

    Cons

    You are just a number in the system. This is a great firm to put on your resume, make senior then leave.
    No Work life balance
