    Pros

    -Everyone is your age

    -Great training programs
    -Lots of vacation

    Cons

    -Long hours
    -Under paid
-Early promotion within the firm depends a lot on politics, you need to do 'extracurricular activities' to get ahead
-Lots of red tape, it's very hard to get something small done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I like the way PwC cares about its employees, our focus is always on people. However, the compensation level is way too low for the amount of work we put in. I know most of my peers outside public accounting are making significantly more than we are. A lot of employees at the senior associate level tend to leave and get jobs that pay 30-40% higher. I'm not saying we should increase compensation to that level, but we should definitely close the gap.
