I have been working at PwC

    Pros

When you are looking for another job, the name PWC will be like a magic word to get interviews
they are flexible about start time (bc you work ridiculous hours)
    lots of training available online
    international presence
all the other things associated with big 4.

    Cons

this is truly a place for type A people. If you are laidback, you will not fit it. being somewhat shy or quiet will not work to your advantage.
Pwc claims to value diversity. Diversity in race maybe but not in personality. If you are not the intense bubbly eager type you will be labeled as "not a team player"
the hours they expect from you are ridiculous. i've worked monday through sunday till 3am for a month straight (and had to be back at work the next day at 9). Don't be fooled by "it's only during busy season". That applies only to audit. In tax, busy season is whenever you are on a client.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay overtime and you will see that you will become more efficient.
