I have been working at PwC

Pros

Great Work Environment. An excellent place to launch one's career and really take it in the direction he or she wants. Projects are great. You really get to learn a lot about the profession and just the experience you gain within your first two years is great. Even during the internship, you learn a lot and it's all about the networking. So try to meet as many people as you possibly can while you're at PwC.

Cons

The LONG HOURS. Especially during busy season, work hours can be long and sometimes grueling but thats found within the profession of public accounting but other than that 3-5 weeks of vacation and holidays. Benefits are great.

    I worked at PwC

    Pros

PwC was good at teaching people a way of analytically thinking for those who wanted to learn.

    Cons

There was sometimes pressure to eat your hours in order to meet budgets. Additionally, there were some promotions which I did not feel were earned.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your staff evaluations are not the most fair. It is driven largely by those who have a louder voice. If a person with a loud voice likes you, you will more than likely do well. If not, good luck.
