Pros – - Looks great on resume. Most companies look for "Big 4" experience
- Good for networking
- Builds good foundation for industry
Cons – - Long hours
- Low Pay
- No time to study for CPA exam yet they require this for promotion
Advice to Senior Management – Make it easier for associates to study for the CPA exam since it is required for promotion. More work life balance
