    Pros

Knowledge of IFRS is very fast gained as you have got numerous projects and you can very fast grow beyond you responsibilities

    Cons

Very low salary per month, in Ukraine almost everyone can earn the amount you can make at PwC at associate level

    Advice to Management

Be dishonest, work 16 hours per day, don't get vacations and if you are good in lying then you will be promoted

    Pros

Exposure to different industries and areas; working with diverse group of people; relatively flat organisation hierarchy; relatively fast promotions; gaining broad and well-rounded knowledge of the specialization/ industry working in.

    Cons

Long working hours; stressful work environment; tight deadlines; demanding managers; reporting to several different managers and handling multiple clients at one time while trying not to crack under pressure; work that does not add any value or make you feel satisfied; having only a very high-level understanding of clients businesses and not knowing much at an operational level, and not contributing very much (if at all) towards the client's business or operations; relatively low pay compared to industry or other careers.
