Pros – Outstanding family benefits
GREAT work/life balance
The company encourages secondments, tours of duty and internal transfers. Many areas for career growth.
Good bonus plan, wealth builder plan for retirement.
5 weeks vacation. From December 24th to January 1st the entire firm has these days off (paid).
Great office environment
PwC is continuously surveying us to improve everything.
Cons – The only thing I can think of are the Salary bands.
Advice to Senior Management – The Partners I work with are fantastic. I have had no issues with scheduling meetings or receiving feedback. I appreciate that they want me to be successful.
