Great Resume Building Experience, Good Benefits, Highly Political, Low Compensation, Long Hours

Audit Senior Associate (Current Employee)
San Francisco, CA

I have been working at PwC

ProsPwC hires some of the top talents. They provide a great learning experience and will open many doors in the future. Employees that make it to at least the Senior Associate level become technically strong and learn how to manage work for the most part.

They are at the top of the game in technology compared to other companies.

Benefits are pretty reasonable.

ConsHorrible work life balance which is somewhat expected. They will work you hard every year you are with the firm. Expect to work at least 55 hours during busy season which could be 5 months+ in a year.

Promotion system is highly political.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on your employees. Many Partners show clear favoritism to certain employees and treat others very poorly.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
