Great place to start your career but...

I have been working at PwC full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGreat training programs. Generally, you will work with young smart people.

ConsPlace can be very political. Working hours can be brutal (weekends and long nights, sometimes can be passed midnights).Bonus is mediocre. Work and Life balance is something that the top management dream off but never gets realized.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros: Lots of good people, tough challenging work. I learn something… Cons: Bonuses are generally less than working in industry. Only worth it for the brand but be prepared to pay for it with your sanity
