Pros

Great training programs. Generally, you will work with young smart people.

Cons

Place can be very political. Working hours can be brutal (weekends and long nights, sometimes can be passed midnights).Bonus is mediocre. Work and Life balance is something that the top management dream off but never gets realized.

    Pros

Lots of good people, tough challenging work. I learn something new every day. Comp is okay.

    Cons

Bonuses are generally less than working in industry. Travel can be a little too much at times. It can be hard to find time for life outside the firm.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Work on multiple teams, some managers are able to put faith in the team.

    Cons

Work on multiple teams, some team leaders micromanage the you. A day of status meetings and them whining at the end of the day for why it's not done

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone needs to chill. This isn't life or death. And the logo sucks.
