Pros

The experience gained from working here was valuable and is quite marketable

Cons

Often you're expected to work that you are not ready for, yet they throw you into the water. There was a lot of turnover, which the company could not address. The raises were meager and left us all unsatisfied.

    Pros

Respect of working for a Big 4, corporate perks, competitive salary. You will learn so much in a shirt amount of time.

    Cons

16-18 hour days 6 days a week during busy season. That is, if you are auditing. Very cutthroat and backstabbing environment. If you attempt to have a personal life and are not upper level, you will be reprimanded through negative performance reviews .

    Pros

Great learning experience and great benefits over the long haul. The firm is committed to restructuring their overall benefit package to better compensate employees both monetarily and through enhanced flexibility. You will develop here at a higher level than almost any other employer you can begin with right out of college and the career possibilities are endless.

    Cons

The hours are long but just like the title says you get exactly what you ask for. You know right out of school that you will work a lot and you do. Don't expect to have a winter (January - March) and expect to get thrown on clients on the off-times that will demand your time (off year-end clients).

    Advice to Management

Continue with your flexibility and compensation changes that you are currently making
