    Pros

Mobility program across different lines of service (give the possibility to temporarily make changes to explore different service offerings) and also global mobility to make experiences around the world

    Cons

A lot of politics at higher level of staff (at least in the San Jose office). Audit-centric firm, not very suitable for consulting career.

    Advice to Management

To better develop the business you should focus more on consulting (advisory) rather than audit

    Pros

PwC hires some of the top talents. They provide a great learning experience and will open many doors in the future. Employees that make it to at least the Senior Associate level become technically strong and learn how to manage work for the most part. They are at the top of the game in technology compared to other companies. Benefits are pretty reasonable.

    Cons

Horrible work life balance which is somewhat expected. They will work you hard every year you are with the firm. Expect to work at least 55 hours during busy season which could be 5 months+ in a year. Promotion system is highly political.

    Advice to Management

Focus on your employees. Many Partners show clear favoritism to certain employees and treat others very poorly.
