I have been working at PwC full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Work with smart, hard working people. Move up the ladder quick. Tons of training that gets you more than enough CPE per year. Looks great on your resume and will be a great start to your career.

Cons

Employees work hard, sometimes too hard. It's hard to find work-life balance if you don't have the right manager(s).

    Pretty good starting pay for straight out of college. Growing division. Generally social people.

    Some politics. Some idiotic, easy, repetitive work.

    Strong training, excellent culture within Advisory practice, high prestige, strong network of professionals, interesting perks, and people are generally willing to help whenever you seek advice and mentorship. Happy to join a great firm with a great history.

    Cons

    Advisory practice is like the little brother to bulge bracket consulting firms
