“Great opportunities, large organization, siginificant focus on staff development”
Current Employee – been working at PwC full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – - Siginificant opportunities across industries and service offerings
- Easy to work cross-functionally across the firm
- Siginificant focus on developing staff through training and development programs
- Company is going through growth phase, so more opportunities available
- Flexibility to travel internationally
Cons – - Large, matrixed organization - need to know people to get exposure to the right opportunities
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
